Who is Garden Party Rentals?

Garden Party Rentals & Events is the decor side and planning side of Cranberry Creek Gardens. If you are or have been a Cranberry Creek client, you'll be dealing with many of the same people for your rentals. Our team noticed the difficulties some of our clients had in securing decoration services and specialty decor for their events due to the travel and delivery fees so we decided we could fill that need with a curated selection of large scale decor and a more hand-on day of experience through our setup and assistance packages.

How Does it Work for Cranberry Creek Clients?

If you are renting your items for an event at Cranberry Creek, you'll be receiving discounted rates for our rental items and planning services. All items are booked through this website and confirmed with a booking instalment to ensure that there is no confusion over availability for manual bookings and that you can decide on your rentals at your leisure and not be stuck to our office hours to book.

Once you pay, we do the rest! If you are upgrading items at Cranberry Creek or are renting items through us for use at Cranberry Creek there is no delivery fee and setup is included. You are also only charged our one day rate instead of a weekend rate since we handle the returns. You simply pay for the items and we'll make sure they are there and ready for your wedding!

My Event is Somewhere Else - Do You Deliver?

Unfortunately we don't currently offer delivery to anywhere but Cranberry Creek Gardens only pickup. We will have all items ready for you at 56 Lynedoch Road at a pre-scheduled pickup time and returned during your scheduled drop off time. Please note one day rentals are not available for bookings offsite as there is no return time available in the evenings.

How do I Pick Up my Rentals?

If you are renting items for an event at Cranberry Creek, you don't need to! We'll take care of everything for you.

If you are picking items up to go to an offsite location, your rentals will be ready and waiting for you at pickup time and you will return the items to the same location that you picked up at the scheduled return time. Just arrive to 56 Lynedoch Road and pull into the first parking area and call our office number 519-302-9000 to inform us you've arrived at your pickup time if there isn't someone there to meet you.

Running late? Call our office in advance to check if late pickup or drop off is possible. We will make every effort to adjust your pickup/drop off time however if we aren't able to please keep in mind that if you miss your pickup window your rental is non-refundable and if you miss your drop off window you will be charged for an additional day of rental. Again we make every effort for this not to happen and it never has before but in the event of a completely missed drop off window we may not be able to reschedule that day and you will be charged for the items that have not been returned at a daily rate or if missing a pickup, the rental payment is non-refundable.

Do you Charge a Damage Deposit?

Cranberry Creek Couples: No damage deposit is required because these items are never leaving our posession.

Events Offsite: If you are renting for an event offsite we do charge a damage deposit to cover costs in the event that the items are returned damaged or not returned at all. Please note that for items that are irreparably damaged or are not returned further charges will apply. The amount of the damage deposit will equal the total rental fee for the item.

We have a few options for damage deposits:

- Cash with receipt which is returned to you after the items are returned in their original condition.

- E-transfer with receipt which will be e-transferred back to the same e-mail address after the items are returned in their original condition.
